Inside Progress

We had twenty three workers on site today representing Carpenters, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofers and Masons.  Things are happening quickly.

Radiant barrier installation is 99% complete.  HVAC installation nears completion on the second floor and is progressing on the first floor and under the house.  Metal duct work is finished on site.  All seams are sealed with mastic to prevent leaks.  They are then covered with insulation and all joints taped and sealed with mastic.  The second little picture shows the upstairs condenser/heater and air handler installed in the upstairs utility closet.  This unit came from our old house, as it was only two years old.  Energy efficiency and recycling.  How green is that????  I think radiant barrier also repels microwaves, alien transmissions and illegal government snooping.  (Ha Ha)
