Hey Caroline, We will have 5 bedrooms. The guest bedroom and bath is on the first floor. We will be waiting for you and John. Cocktails on the deck whenever.

Steve, pictures look great, good progress being made. Have you come up with a rough idea when the frame will be up and then they can start the dry in process?

Jack, it is hard to believe after all these years that i am doing a construction project without you. You have been a tremendous asset and mentor over the years. By schedule, dry in should be complete by the end of November. H0pefully, this great dry weather will continue.
