The Great Room Wall is Completed

The top windows for the great room  came in larger than the design plan.  The first two pictures reflect the changes to accommodate this size difference and avoid a 6 week delay in ordering new windows.  Note four courses of logs in the first picture over the window.  Three are removed in the second photo to make room for the additional height.  The third picture shows the addition of three window bucks.  Subsequent photos show the build up of logs to complete the wall.  Note the the precision log cuts around the 45 degree window tops in pictures 7 and 8.
